Researchers in Canada trained an AI model to diagnose type 2 diabetes within seconds by analyzing vocal differences. The AI detected 14 vocal distinctions related to pitch and intensity, combined with basic health data.

This method could significantly reduce diagnostic costs and enable remote and automatic diagnosis. The AI's accuracy was 89% for women and 86% for men.
